VFW Broken Into Overnight, Over $4000 Stolen from Premises

Batesville, AR – Sometime during the night, the local Veterans of Foreign Wars (VFW) post was broken into, and thieves made off with over $4,000 in cash. The funds were taken from an undisclosed location within the premises, sources have revealed.

In addition to the stolen cash, there are suspicions that the culprits may have tampered with the facility’s surveillance cameras during the break-in. It is unknown at this time if anything else is missing.
