Judsonia Man Killed in Three-Vehicle Crash on Highway 167 in Southside

SOUTHSIDE — A 57-year-old Judsonia man was killed Monday morning in a three-vehicle crash on U.S. Highway 167 near the intersection of Highway 167 and Nelly Belle Lane.

According to the Arkansas State Police, Eddie Ray Stuckey was traveling north in a 2012 Nissan Altima when his vehicle crossed the center line and struck a southbound GMC Acadia driven by Krisy Wood, 46, of Locust Grove, in a head-on collision.

Stuckey’s Nissan then crossed back into the northbound lane and struck a 2018 Cadillac driven by Connie Smith, 62, of Clinton.

Stuckey was pronounced dead at the scene. Wood and Smith were both injured and transported to area hospitals for treatment. The extent of their injuries was not immediately released.

The crash occurred at approximately 6:51 a.m. Weather conditions were clear and the roadway was dry at the time of the accident.
