Missing Hot Springs Village man found dead after crash

HOT SPRINGS VILLAGE, Ark. – Arkansas State Police confirmed Wednesday that a man who was reported missing from Hot Springs Village was found dead after being in a crash.

According to ASP officials, 54-year-old Jonathan Fisher was found after someone found his vehicle around 5:30 p.m. Tuesday near 200 Balboa Road.

Officials said he lost control of his vehicle, causing it to go into a nearby lake.

Officials with the Hot Springs Village Police Department released the missing person statement just before noon Tuesday.

Fisher’s family members said he had been missing since Dec. 6.
