Excessive Heat Warning for most of Arkansas

Extreme heat and humidity today and tomorrow has prompted the National Weather Service to issue an Excessive Heat Warning for most of Arkansas for both today and tomorrow (the Fourth). Heat Indices may climb over 110° both days.
