Dellinger Seeks 16th Judicial Circuit Judgeship in 2026 Election

Batesville, AR – Mathew Gray Dellinger, a seasoned Batesville attorney, announced his candidacy for the 16th Judicial Circuit Judgeship, Division 3, in the March 3, 2026, election. The circuit encompasses Cleburne, Fulton, Independence, Izard, and Stone counties, with Batesville serving as a central hub.

“I have been a practicing attorney in the 16th Judicial Circuit for over two decades,” Dellinger said. “I have focused on family and criminal defense law, especially in our underserved communities. Over the course of my career, I have handled more than 5,000 cases. I believe my legal experiences qualify me to hold this important position.”

Dellinger emphasized his commitment to fairness, stating, “If elected, I promise to treat everyone who comes before the court with dignity and respect.” He plans to engage with residents across the five counties to discuss his candidacy and seek their support.

A 2005 graduate of Texas A&M University School of Law, Dellinger also holds a bachelor’s degree from Lyon College. His dedication to public service earned him the Legal Aid of Arkansas Volunteer of the Year award in 2016. He remains active in legal aid and community outreach programs. Dellinger resides in Batesville with his wife, Ashley, and their daughter.
