Batesville, Ark. – The Independence County Library is hosting a Halloween Carnival designed for families, scheduled for Saturday, October 18, 2025, from 10 a.m. to noon CDT.
The event, titled “Halloween Carnival (Family Friendly),” will take place at 267 E Main St., Batesville, Arkansas.
Organized by the Independence County Library, the carnival promises “Candy, Costumes & Carnival Magic at Your Library.”
