Davis Joins First Community Bank Business Development Team

Batesville, AR (July 2, 2026) First Community Bank is pleased to announce the addition of Ashley Davis as assistant vice president, business development officer in Batesville.

In her new role, Davis will focus on building relationships, generating new business opportunities, calling on existing and prospective customers, and helping grow the bank’s presence throughout the community. She will also represent First Community Bank at local events and community initiatives.

Davis brings 24 years of banking experience to First Community Bank and has established strong ties throughout Independence County through her professional and volunteer involvement.

“I’m excited to join First Community Bank and become part of a team that is so engaged in the communities it serves,” Davis said. “I look forward to connecting with customers and local businesses while supporting continued growth in the area.”

Davis is actively involved in numerous community organizations and initiatives. She is an active Batesville Area Chamber of Commerce Ambassador representing First Community Bank. She previously served six years on the boards of the Independence County Museum and Main Street Batesville. Davis is also an active supporter of programs benefiting the Sheriff’s Youth Ranch and participates in a variety of civic and nonprofit efforts throughout the area.

Davis and her husband, Shaun, have three children: Dawson Engles, 17; Graci Engles, 13; and Greyson Davis, 10. They are members of Maple Springs Baptist Church in Oil Trough. Outside of work, Davis enjoys supporting her children at sporting events, spending time with family and traveling.
