The Batesville Tribune welcomes letters that focus on issues affecting Batesville and the surrounding region. Our goal is to foster respectful, diverse community dialogue.

- Letters discussing local news, policy, events, and concerns
- New viewpoints that haven’t been covered recently
- Civil and constructive commentary

- Repeat a topic already addressed extensively by recent letters
- Contain personal attacks, profanity, or accusations without proof
- Are part of an organized form-letter campaign
- Are primarily promotional or marketing in nature
📏 Submission guidelines
- 200–400 words (longer submissions may be edited for space and clarity)
- Include your full name, city, and a phone number for verification
- One submission per person per month (to avoid dominance by a single voice)

The editorial board may edit for length, grammar, clarity, and accuracy. Submission does not guarantee publication. Publication order and timing are at the discretion of the editors.
