This free, one-day arts and music festival will take place on Saturday, October 11, from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m., offering a delightful mix of artist booths, live music, art demonstrations, and family-friendly activities. - K-6th grade: 1 p.m. – 2 p.m.
- Junior High – College: 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.

For younger artists, the Artoberfest Coloring Contest is open to students K-12. Participants should:

- Submit it by mail or in person at the Batesville Area Arts Council (226 E Main Street, Batesville, AR 72501) before October 4.
- Watch as the top 10 entries in three categories—Kindergarten-3rd grade, 4th-7th grade, and 8th-12th grade—are posted on the BAAC Facebook Page for public voting from October 7-10.
- The entry with the most likes wins a Halloween Swag Bag packed with candy and goodies, redeemable at Artoberfest between 10 a.m. and 3 p.m.
- Selected entries will also be displayed at the Independence County Library during the event.
