Helena, Ark. — Eight former employees of Green Light Dispensary in Helena have been arrested following an investigation by the Arkansas Alcoholic Beverage Control Enforcement Division (ABC). The individuals are accused of illegally obtaining medical marijuana by exploiting patient allotments for deceased, elderly, out-of-area, or incarcerated individuals, as well as selling marijuana to customers without valid patient cards.

- Gerald W. Jennings
- Lauren Delk
- Austen Delk
- Taylor Perkins
- Demario Rose
- Greg McDaniel, who also faces charges for using a communication device and controlled substance delivery, has resigned from his position as a Helena police officer.
According to ABC Director David Potter, the agency remains committed to ensuring compliance within Arkansas’s medical marijuana program and will continue investigating fraud, diversion, and theft.
John Mueller, CEO of Greenlight, said they terminated the involved employees upon discovering the issue in January and fully cooperated with the investigation. The company is focused on protecting patients and maintaining a well-regulated cannabis market.
Authorities have stated the investigation is ongoing, with potential for further arrests.
